An Ongoing Commitment to Safety

Our dedicated team takes pride in staying on top of routine customer maintenance, testing and inspection schedules. With our focus on delivering fail-proof inspections that meet and exceed insurance and code requirements, you can rest assured that your fire suppression and protection systems remain in optimal working condition. We adhere to L.A. County REG 4 inspection requirements to keep your property in full compliance with local regulations.

Compliance

Strict Regulation Adherence

Inspection, testing, and maintenance are governed by strict regulations. Per the National Fire Protection Association NFPA 25, Chapter 5, as amended by Title 19 of the California Code of Regulations, all commercial fire sprinklers are required to be inspected monthly and quarterly and thoroughly tested annually by a licensed fire protection company. Five and 10-year inspections must also be performed. Quarterly inspections help you know in advance if there’s something amiss so you can get the necessary repairs before a fire starts. Delta Fire is knowledgeable and experienced in keeping you in compliance.

Some fire suppression systems require hydrostatic testing every 12 years to assess the tank's integrity. This process involves discharging the tank, submerging it in water to test for leaks, and then refilling it to ensure its continued reliability.
